Steps to make 腌笃鲜

  • 1.煮一锅水,放入葱段,姜片,料酒1汤匙,将猪脚放入焯水,捞出洗净,葱姜留用。
  • 2.另煮一锅水,放入猪蹄,葱,姜,料酒一勺继续煮。
  • 3.同时将冬笋切滚刀块,咸肉切片后放入锅中。
  • 4.煮约一个半小时后至汤变白,放入千张结继续煮十分钟,加入盐调味即可。家里翻了半天只有干丝,将就着用一下了。
