莲藕花生煲凤爪汤
[莲藕花生煲凤爪汤]是广东人常见的一道家常煲汤,汤的味道清香;从秋季开始莲藕就上市了,许多家庭都会选用当季的菜来做料理。

花生的功效很多,除了煲汤也可以做一些小吃等等。。。

花生中所含有的儿茶素对人体起很强的抗老化的作用,赖氨酸也是防止过早衰老的重要成分。

花生中含丰富的脂肪油和蛋白质,对产后乳汁不足者,有滋补气血及养血通乳作用。

花生中钙含量极高,钙是构成人体骨骼的主要成分,故多食花生可以促进人体的生长发育。


花生富含卵磷脂和脑磷脂,它是神经系统所需要的重要物质,能延缓脑功能衰退;抑制血小板凝集,防止脑血栓形成。实验证实,常食花生可改善血液循环、增强记忆、延缓衰老,是名符其实的“长生果”。

由于凤爪会比较油腻,建议少放点这样可以让煲出来的汤会比较清晰及少油。

Steps to make 莲藕花生煲凤爪汤

  • 1.花生用热水浸泡15分钟。
  • 2.然后取出花生衣。
  • 3.龙骨洗净后放入水里略为焯水。
  • 4.焯好水后洗净放入锅子里;加入2L的水等待烧开。
  • 5.莲藕俏皮后切成片状。
  • 6.等待水烧开后放入莲藕及花生。
  • 7.转小火煲2个小时后即可食用;放入少许盐调味。
