桃山月饼是近几年流行起来的,最开始听说的时候很奇怪这个名字,查找了资料才知道原来是用起源地来命名的。
别的不说,味道是真不错,而且做起来还非常简单呢~

材料:
抹茶味日式桃山皮200g,豆沙馅200g

Steps to make 抹茶豆沙桃山月饼

  • 1.将豆沙馅取出
  • 2.用双手揉捏一会儿
  • 3.分割成8份,每份约25g重,分别搓成圆球状备用
  • 4.取一份抹茶味桃山皮
  • 5.同样用双手揉捏一会儿
  • 6.也分成每份25g重之后搓圆
  • 7.取一个抹茶皮用拇指在中央按压出坑状
  • 8.放入一个豆沙馅
  • 9.将皮慢慢向上搓,使其均匀的包住馅料
  • 10.直至最后包好并封口
  • 11.依次将所有皮、馅都包好
  • 12.摆放入烤盘后,将模具套在包好的饼坯外侧,向下按压出花型
  • 13.依次将所有饼坯都按压出花型
  • 14.表面薄薄的喷一层水
  • 15.送入预热好的烤箱中层,160度烘烤约12分钟
  • 16.出炉晾凉密封保存即可
