  • 十三香1匙
  • 胡椒粉1匙
  • 冰糖几粒
  • 红曲粉2匙
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 红烧肉

  • 1.烧开一锅水,五花肉放锅内焯水。
  • 2.变色后捞起。
  • 3.五花肉切块,再准备姜葱蒜和花生米。
  • 4.五花肉放入锅内,煸出油脂。
  • 5.煸炒至表面焦黄。
  • 6.放入花生米炒香。
  • 7.再把葱姜蒜倒入,炒出香气。
  • 8.加入盐、酱油、老抽、料酒、十三香、红曲粉、胡椒粉、冰糖调味。
  • 9.加入与食材平面的水,盖盖中火烧20分钟。
  • 10.时间到,水份已收干,加少许鸡精拌匀出锅。
  • 11.成品。
