红豆米饭吐司

Steps to make 红豆米饭吐司

  • 1.红小豆加水泡一晚,按1:1的比例加米煮成红豆米饭
  • 2.晾凉后取130克米饭加120克清水打成米浆
  • 3.将高筋面粉、米浆、鸡蛋液、糖、盐与酵母放面面包桶(注意不要让酵母接触到盐),启动和面程序
  • 4.和面程序结束,取出一小块面团,双手捏住慢慢抻开,此时膜还不很结实,很容易破洞并且破洞不规则
  • 5.加入黄油,再次启动和面程序
  • 6.和面程序结束再取小块面团检查,这时已经可以拉出大片、不易破的薄膜了
  • 7.将面团再次收圆,放入面包桶内,蒙上湿毛巾,盖上面包机盖发酵至2倍大
  • 8.发酵好的面团取出排气,分成均匀的6等份,收圆
  • 9.均匀地摆放在面包桶内,盖上毛巾盖上面包机盖,再次发酵
  • 10.发酵到八分满,刷上蛋液,上面撒些杏仁片
  • 11.面包桶外包上锡纸
  • 12.将面包桶安进面包机内,启动烘烤程序,时间设为40分钟,在烘烤25分钟时,打开面包机盖,迅速抽出锡纸,继续烘烤到40分钟结束,面包就烤好了
