Steps to make 法式浓汤----鲜虾薯泥汤

  • 1.土豆洗净、去皮、切块,紫皮洋葱去老皮、去蒂、切粗丝,虾仁开背去除虾线;
  • 2.煮锅置火上,放适量清水烧沸,把虾仁灼烫熟,捞出滤水;
  • 3.平底锅置火上,放适量黄油溶化后,放洋葱丝炒香;
  • 4.加入土豆块略炒;
  • 5.加入清鸡汤,煮30分钟左右;
  • 6.将土豆和洋葱丝捞出,放入搅拌机中;
  • 7.加适量汤搅打成泥;
  • 8.将打好的土豆泥重新倒入汤内,将汤烧开;
  • 9.加入淡奶油和牛油搅匀,放入虾仁;
  • 10.用盐和胡椒粉调味,非常香浓可口,是搭配牛排的好伴侣;
