孜然烤羊排
天冷了,羊肉成了餐桌上的常客。我爱吃炖羊肉,而我家的那两位男士则更爱烤羊肉,他们觉得烤羊肉更过瘾。好在家里用烤箱烤的肉相对健康很多,而且绝对不用担心惨假的羊肉,所以我时不时的还是会满足他们的要求,做烤羊肉给他们吃。本来今天是想烤羊肉串的,但买肉时买到了很厚实的羊排,就改为烤羊排啦,很家常的口味,很简单的做法,烤好的羊排是外焦里嫩,虽然烤肉料是私家配料,煮肉料也用的不多,但是私家烤肉,简单却不失美味,喜欢的朋友不妨试试

Steps to make 孜然烤羊排

  • 1.羊肉洗净后凉水入锅。今天买的羊排很厚实,的挨着腿部的那个部位,直接烤不易烤透,烤久了肉会柴,所以先煮后烤
  • 2.浮沫飘起时,撇掉浮沫
  • 3.然后加入煮肉料,这次煮肉料简单:八角2个,花椒少许,姜20克,香叶2片,我用压力锅,上汽后压了10分钟
  • 4.煮好的肉,放凉再用。否则羊排不好切成型
  • 5.羊肉晾凉后老抽控干汤汁。因挨着腿部,肉很厚,我把最上面挨着皮的那部分煮的时候就片下来,准备做扒羊肉。顺着排骨切成大片
  • 6.配烤肉料:孜然、糖和盐放入碗中,加入生抽和蚝油
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.烤肉料均匀的刷两面,刷好料后盖上腌制20分钟左右
  • 9.摆入烤盘,烤箱200度预热3分钟,然后烤8分钟
  • 10.翻面,再刷点肉料,继续烤8分钟。烤好的羊排,一个字:香!
