  • 1.排骨冷水下锅焯烫出血水,捞出冲洗干净备用。

  • 4.生姜切片,蒜头剥去皮衣。
  • 5.砂锅加热爆香姜片和蒜头。

  • 8.加入适量的清水。
  • 9.放入鸡蛋。
  • 10.大火煮开转小火,煲1个半小时。
  • 11.1个半小时后排骨和鸡蛋基本已入味,汤汁有点多的话可以大火收一下汁即可。
