核桃爆虾仁
这几天家里人来人往的,饭菜倒是没少做,可是根本没有时间去拍照,只能偷闲上来瞧瞧。
今天,生活又恢复了原来的样子。所以,开始上菜菜啦!
早上,看冰箱里有没吃完的虾,就炒了这个核桃虾仁。还别说,味道不是一般地好!

特别地鲜香。只需要一点点调料,虾仁和核桃仁本身的香味就已经让人口水横流啦……

  • 去叶西芹1根
  • 生姜1块
  • 少许
  • 十三香粉少许
  • 料酒几滴

Steps to make 核桃爆虾仁

  • 1.虾去头剥皮,并用牙签剔除虾肠。淘洗干净。
  • 2.核桃剥去里外两层皮,清洗。
  • 3.西芹斜刀切片,生姜切丝。
  • 4.炒锅热油,油热后先爆生姜。
  • 5.倒入虾仁和西芹翻炒均匀。
  • 6.滴入少量料酒。
  • 7.翻炒,加十三香粉少量。加入核桃仁。
  • 8.加少许盐调味,翻炒均匀即可出锅。
