Steps to make 大理石曲奇

  • 1.黄油1室温软化
  • 2.加入糖粉1手动搅拌至黄油混合糖粉,然后开低速打到顺滑
  • 3.分两次加入全蛋液1,打至充分混合,这时黄油的颜色稍淡
  • 4.加入过筛的低粉1搅拌均匀
  • 5.用保鲜袋放进冰箱冷藏50分钟
  • 6.黄油软化2,加糖粉2和鸡蛋2打顺滑与前三步是一样的,加入低粉130克时同时加入20克巧克力粉,搅拌均匀
  • 7.用保鲜袋包好放进冰箱冷藏50分钟
  • 8.取出冷藏好的面团,两者混合成方型,切片,烤箱预热
  • 9.190度烤10分钟
