  • 5.加入无色无味的食用油拌匀均匀
  • 6.筛入40克低筋面粉、拌匀
  • 7.放入抹茶粉
  • 8.拌匀
  • 9.蛋白中滴几滴香草精
  • 10.电动打蛋器搅打至起鱼泡、放入10克白糖
  • 11.打至细泡放入10克白糖
  • 12.打至边上有纹路、放入最后10克白糖
  • 13.打至有明显阻力、边缘上有很多纹路、提起打蛋器有尖尖的直角就可以了、注意:一定要这个状态!
  • 14.蛋白分三次加入蛋黄糊中、每次都要拌匀、注意:千万别划圈、用上下翻拌、抄菜的形式操作
  • 15.调好的糊放入烤盘中、预热烤箱
  • 16.用刮刀擀平、用力震几下震出气泡
  • 17.放入烤箱中层、上下火、165度、15分钟!
  • 18.取出
  • 19.立马倒扣在烤网上
  • 20.轻轻撕掉油纸
  • 21.100g淡奶油加入10g白糖、我放得少、您可以用150g淡奶油加15g白糖用电动打蛋器打发
  • 22.打发到这个状态就可以了
  • 23.用抹刀均匀地抹在蛋糕上、留了一点装入裱花袋中、待会儿装饰表面用、(放入冰箱冷藏)
