Steps to make 花生米拌芹菜

  • 1.把芹菜和芹菜叶分别摘下来,然后放水里洗净。
  • 2.把洗好的芹菜杆和芹菜叶放入沸水中焯一下,然后捞出冲凉备用。
  • 3.锅底放少许油,放入花生米小火慢慢炒香,然后盛出放凉。
  • 4.放凉的花生米放入保鲜袋里用擀面杖碾成两三半,然后除去外皮。
  • 5.把焯好芹菜切成小段,然后放入大碗里,加入盐、生抽、味精、香油拌匀。
  • 6.放入碾碎的花生米拌匀即可食用。
