  • 1.新鲜白萝卜,洗净去皮。
  • 2.先切薄片。
  • 3.再切成细丝。
  • 4.根据萝卜多少,放入适量的盐和匀,比平时做菜的咸度稍微咸一点点。
  • 5.用保鲜膜封好,腌制1-2天。
  • 6.将腌好的萝卜丝多余的水粉去掉。
  • 7.干辣椒剪小段,红花椒准备好。
  • 8.锅洗净,烧干,放入适量的花生油烧热。放入干辣椒段和花椒爆锅。
  • 9.倒入白萝卜丝,翻炒一会儿。
  • 10.直到表面出现油亮的光泽,就可以了。这一步可以适量加青蒜苗和一点点味精,也可以不要味精。
  • 11.放凉以后,就可以食用了。
  • 12.成菜爽脆,有糊辣块的香气,很开胃、很下饭的一道小咸菜, 一年四季都可以做。
