  • 4.装入容器中,加入葱姜,淀粉,胡椒粉。
  • 5.加入一勺料酒。

  • 7.然后加入适量的食用油,锁住水分。
  • 8.拌均匀封上保鲜膜,腌制一个小时。
  • 9.青红椒切片备用。
  • 10.烧油油热下入猪腰,快速炸至定型捞出。
  • 11.另起锅烧油,下入葱姜蒜爆香,再加入青红辣椒翻炒均匀。

  • 13.加入一勺蚝油。
