草莓酱甜饼
美观香酥的甜饼,夹杂着草莓酱的清香,十分可口。
朋友昨天电话说想吃批萨,一大早就去超市把所需食材采购了不少回来。先做好几款美味点心,因为有小朋友一起来,所以一定得有她们喜欢的才行哦。
这款点心非常的受欢迎,15分钟时间就被我们的“神仙妹妹”(因和《天龙八步》中神仙姐姐王语嫣同名同姓,呵呵)一扫而光啦。

  • 鸡蛋20克

Steps to make 草莓酱甜饼

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.黄油软化后加入糖粉,用电动打蛋器打发至颜色发白,体积膨大,加入盐搅打均匀;
  • 3.分两次加入打好的蛋液,搅拌均匀;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀慢慢拌匀;
  • 5.成为粘性的面糊;
  • 6.用两个小勺来回倒腾成为圆形球状,烤箱200度预热;
  • 7.放在铺有烤盘纸的烤盘上,用筷子沾蛋液在小球的中间轻轻的扎一个浅孔,(注意扎孔后用纸巾擦干净,再重新扎新的孔)再在小孔里挤上一点果酱;
  • 8.放进预热好的烤箱,上下火,中层,烤15分钟左右至表面微金黄色即可;
