牛奶白土司
白土司组织细腻,口味绵软,只是涂抹一层软化的黄油或者奶油奶酪,甚至只是直接吃,也非常的美味。主要是还可以有多种吃法,两三片白土司,中间夹上火腿煎蛋生菜奶酪等一切你喜欢的食材配料,可以做出各种美味的三明治。

  • 细砂糖20g
  • 黄油25g
  • 酵母粉4g

Steps to make 牛奶白土司

  • 1.称量好各种食材。
  • 2.面粉和糖、盐、酵母混合后,慢慢加入牛奶搅拌,再用手揉面,待面粉揉到起筋时,加入软化的黄油继续揉,直至揉到完全阶段。手工揉面可是个力气活哦,要有足够的耐心
  • 3.揉好的面团,放置在盆中,盖上湿布或保鲜膜发酵。
  • 4.发酵2.5倍大的面团。
  • 5.面团取出,把面团充分排气,均匀分成3份,揉圆在室温下醒发10分钟。
  • 6.用饺子棒把面团擀成牛舌状。
  • 7.从一头开始卷起,卷紧,收口朝下。
  • 8.将卷好的面团放入吐司模中,进行二次发酵。
  • 9.夏天温度较高,我就在吐司模上盖了块湿布,放在温暖的地方,自然发酵,大概用了1小时。
  • 10.发酵至9分满的吐司胚,在表面喷一些水,放入预热好的烤箱中烘烤,上下火180度,下层,40分钟。
  • 11.考好的吐司,我是加了盖的,不知怎么没有高手们说的上面平平的,将吐司脱模,放在烤架上冷却。
  • 12.等吐司全部冷却时,切片食用。
