树莓火龙果慕斯蛋糕

  • 黄油20g

  • 红心火龙果4片

  • 新鲜薄荷叶3朵

Steps to make 树莓火龙果慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.阿华田酷脆爽用料理机打成粉,加入融化。
  • 2.6寸活底阳极蛋糕模具外部包裹住一层锡箔纸。
  • 3.将饼干碎放入6寸慕斯模具中压实,放冰箱冷藏。
  • 4.吉利丁片用清水浸泡十分钟。
  • 5.200毫升浓稠酸奶放入奶锅中小火加热。
  • 6.加入火龙果汁混合均匀。
  • 7.待锅中微微冒热气(大概50℃左右)时加入红宝石巧克力。
  • 8.让巧克力充分融化搅拌均匀,再加入浸泡好挤干水分的吉利丁,搅拌成糊状。
  • 9.另取一打蛋容器将淡奶油倒入加10克白砂糖打发至稍微流动的状态。
  • 10.将打发的淡奶油倒入酸奶糊中再次融合翻拌均匀。
  • 11.将模具从冷藏室取出,慕斯糊倒入模具中,再次放入冷藏室冷藏4小时以上。
  • 12.取出后用热毛巾捂住模具外围一圈进行脱模。
  • 13.然后用树莓和薄荷叶装饰即可。
  • 14.美美的慕斯蛋糕,简单易做零失败。
