    Steps to make 韩国蛋包饭

    • 1.准备好材料
    • 2.先用油炒香洋葱、菜椒、胡萝卜,再放入火腿、虾仁,或任何你喜欢的配料。料都炒香之后,再放入白饭、淡奶油,然后把饭拨开(一定不能用压的喔,要用拨的,切记!)。
    • 3.把饭移到一旁,倒入蕃茄酱炒一下,再跟饭拌在一块。加入一点点盐、胡椒粉调味。然后把饭起锅。
    • 4.蛋的做法:打两个蛋,加一点点盐,筷子成分开状把但打散,油热后放入蛋液,可以稍微拨一下,然后利用蛋皮包覆里面的蛋液,呈蛋饼状(最好是平底锅,我嫌麻烦,所以...)。
    • 5.放适量的饭在蛋皮的一边(蛋皮不能干完,留一点液状好做封口),将另外一半蛋皮盖上,呈饺子样。
    • 6.按住封口处,不让里面的饭跑出来哟。
    • 7.做好后盛出来,上面的图案自由发挥,看人来的哟!小孩的话可以做可爱一点的,我是做给老公吃的,所以...嘿嘿!
