韩式风味煎豆腐~
风味煎豆腐,是比较常见的韩式菜肴,咸香微辣,外焦里嫩~~另外豆腐富含植物蛋白,常吃保健康~是个很不错的下酒菜呢~~

Details of ingredients

  • 北豆腐2盒
  • 洋葱1/3个
  • 牛肉高汤半碗
  • 酱油6大勺
  • 香油1.5大勺
  • 料酒1.5大勺
  • 辣椒面4小勺
  • 糖稀1大勺
  • 大葱一段

Steps to make 韩式风味煎豆腐~

  • 1.北豆腐两块,清水冲洗一下。
  • 2.豆腐切块,稍微厚一些。
  • 3.豆腐表面抹上少许精盐,腌渍约20分钟。
  • 4.利用腌渍豆腐的时间做调味酱油,将酱油、香油等调料放入碗中拌匀,待用。
  • 5.洋葱切小块,待用。
  • 6.平底锅中倒油烧热。
  • 7.放入豆腐块,中火煎至金黄色~喜欢嫩的微黄就好,喜欢焦的多煎会儿。
  • 8.翻面,煎至两面金黄,煎的过程中,要轻轻拨动豆腐块,这样就不容易粘锅啦。
  • 9.豆腐煎好后,盛出待用。
  • 10.锅中放油烧热,放入洋葱,稍爆香。
  • 11.放入煎好的豆腐。
  • 12.将调味酱油洒在豆腐上。
  • 13.然后放入高汤,大火烧开,转中火至收浓汤汁即可,(我是直接用大喜大兑温水调的汤)。
  • 14.豆腐盛出即可~
  • 15.看~咬了一口,外焦里嫩哒~
  • 16.配着酱汤、米饭,味道更香呢!
