Steps to make 荠菜鲜肉春卷

  • 1.荠菜洗净掐去老梗。
  • 2.焯水后,放入冷水中过凉。
  • 3.稍稍挤去水份切碎备用。
  • 4.肉馅放入葱姜末,少许白糖,适量食盐,少许白胡椒粉,香油等调料拌匀。
  • 5.切好的荠菜放入肉馅中,加入一个鸡蛋。
  • 6.拌匀成馅料。
  • 7.取一张春卷皮摊开,在一角上放入适量馅料。
  • 8.如图所示,把底部向上折起。
  • 9.两边翻折后,在顶端醮上面糊。
  • 10.最后卷成长扁圆形的小包,春卷就包好了。
  • 11.所有依次包好。
  • 12.锅里放油烧至六成热,转中小火将包好的春卷逐一放入炸至金黄即可。
