松茸春笋炖排骨

Steps to make 松茸春笋炖排骨

  • 1.鲜松茸用小刀刮掉有泥的外皮
  • 2.刮干净后的样子
  • 3.将排骨浸泡出血水
  • 4.春笋剥皮洗净切成滚刀块
  • 5.松茸洗净放清水里面浸泡着,清水里面可以加少许食盐。浸泡半小时左右后切块
  • 6.将浸泡好的排骨洗净,加生姜片,料酒和清水煮沸
  • 7.撇去浮沫
  • 8.加入切块的松茸再次煮沸后转小火炖煮半小时左右
  • 9.放入场春笋继续慢炖十分钟左右
  • 10.调入食盐继续炖10分钟左右即可。
  • 11.松茸和春笋都是鲜甜的食材,不需要多加调料,熬出来的汤原汁原味的清甜鲜美。
