Steps to make 海鲜酸辣汤

  • 1.将墨鱼加少许料酒焯水
  • 2.将所有配菜切丝,虾仁加料酒、盐、淀粉腌制
  • 3.锅热后,放少许油,葱姜爆香后,放入墨鱼丝煸炒,并加少许料酒去腥
  • 4.接着将笋丝、木耳丝等全部倒入锅中一起煸炒
  • 5.加盐、鸡精调味
  • 6.另起一锅,将西红柿去皮切小块后用少许油炒至西红柿成糊状
