烤鸡腿
烤鸡腿比红烧鸡腿的肉质更加细嫩,经过高温烧烤后,皮下脂肪都被烤出去了,平时不敢吃的鸡皮此时吃起来完全没负担,虽然前期腌制的时间有点儿长,但成品的口感却着实让人惊艳。

鸡肉含有丰富的蛋白质、铁、锌等营养物质,又物美价廉,不妨换着花样做。

Steps to make 烤鸡腿

  • 1.鸡大腿1只,姜丝、葱段、八角、花椒、酱油、料酒、盐准备好,调料不限这些,也可根据喜好加入黑胡椒碎、辣椒碎等。
  • 2.调料全部倒入鸡腿碗中,用竹扦将鸡腿扎洞,便于入味;蒙保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏腌制至少3小时,如能过夜腌更佳。
  • 3.这是腌了数小时的鸡腿。
  • 4.捡掉腌料,将鸡腿放在烤网上。
  • 5.入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火200度,先烤20分钟;我用的空气炸烤箱,先烤15分钟。
  • 6.将鸡腿取出,表面刷一层厚厚的蒜蓉辣酱。
  • 7.入烤箱再烤5分钟。
  • 8.取出后晾晾,剁大块即可食用。
