南瓜吐司

  • 淡奶油70克
  • 黄油15克
  • 南瓜籽60克

Steps to make 南瓜吐司

  • 1.将高筋面粉、南瓜泥(南瓜蒸熟去皮过筛)、干酵母、细砂糖、盐、分别称好,放入和面机搅拌盆里混合拌匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶和淡奶油慢速搅拌2分钟,快速搅拌至面团光滑出膜。(注意酵母不与糖、盐放在一起,以免酵母脱水失效)
  • 3.加入软化后的黄油,慢速搅散黄油,快速搅拌至面团光滑出膜。
  • 4.将打好的面团放入容器中盖上保鲜膜,放在温暖处醒发。
  • 5.醒发至两倍大。
  • 6.案板上撒上高筋面粉,将醒发好的面团取出,分割成2份,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜,松弛15分钟。
  • 7.取一个面团用手压扁,用排气擀面杖从面皮中央开始朝上朝下擀成椭圆形的面皮。
  • 8.翻面后从上往下三分之一处向下折后压紧。
  • 9.再从下往上折三分之一后压紧。
  • 10.将收口朝下,用排气擀面杖从面皮中央开始朝上朝下擀成与水果条模型同宽的长方形面皮。
  • 11.将面皮翻面后,均匀的撒上烤熟的南瓜籽(在150度的烤箱中烘烤5-6分钟)。
  • 12.从上到下卷成圆柱形。
  • 13.卷好后捏紧收口处。
  • 14.将卷好的南瓜吐司面包坯子收口朝下放入水果条模内,盖上保鲜膜进行最后发酵。
  • 15.发酵完成后刷上一层薄薄的全蛋液。
  • 16.放入提前预热至190度的烤箱,烘烤30分钟左右,出炉后立即脱模。
