Steps to make 海参芝士薄脆

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把香菇、胡萝卜、海参、莴苣各切成小丁。
  • 3.葱、姜、蒜切好备用。
  • 4.烤盘中放上油纸,撒上芝士碎成圆形。
  • 5.用烤箱170度烤3分钟,拿出晾凉。
  • 6.锅中放水,放葱、姜,开后加入海参加入料酒煮开捞出。
  • 7.锅中依次放胡萝卜、香菇、莴苣烧开捞出备用。
  • 8.碗中加入料酒、生抽、白糖、醋、淀粉、胡椒粉、盐。
  • 9.锅中放油,加葱、姜、蒜炸香。放入食材炒。
  • 10.加入适量的碗汁炒匀出锅。
  • 11.做好后放在芝士脆片上。
