羊肉串,人见人爱,大人小孩都喜欢!容易做,羊肉切小块儿,腌一腌,穿在竹签上,有烤箱您就烤一烤,没烤箱您就用平底锅煎一煎,别忘了撒辣椒面和孜然粉、孜然粒,是微辣、中辣,还是超辣,全凭您自己了。

为了好入锅、好入口,特意做成“迷你”型,相当有意境。

Steps to make 迷你羊肉串

  • 1.羊腿肉去筋膜,与羊肥膘一起切成适口小块儿;
  • 2.羊腿肉中加入盐、孜然粉、辣椒粉和色拉油;
  • 3.下手抓、抓、抓……,一边抓一边拌,让羊肉吃进所有调味儿料,腌制30分钟;
  • 4.用小竹签把羊肉穿成串,每串两块儿瘦肉,一块儿肥肉,肥肉穿在中间;
  • 5.烧热煎烤锅,刷上一层色拉油(分量外);
  • 6.将肉串均匀平放进锅中;
  • 7.一面煎好后,翻面;
  • 8.中间按自己口味撒上适量辣椒粉和孜然粒,煎熟至肥肉“滋滋”冒油,即可。(用烤箱的话,180度预热后,烤7、8分钟即可,中间也可以撒辣椒粉和孜然粒、粉)。
