咖喱苏打饼干

  • 小苏打4克
  • 咖喱粉10克
  • 蛋白30克
  • 装饰蛋白10克
  • 白芝麻20克

Steps to make 咖喱苏打饼干

  • 1.将分类混合过筛
  • 2.过筛
  • 3.放入黄油抓匀
  • 4.再放入牛奶,蛋白和芝麻,用手抓成形
  • 5.将面团放在保鲜膜上,休息要大一点的膜,擀成饼状
  • 6.将饼冷冻30分钟
  • 7.取出后切成方块
  • 8.如果厚的用保鲜膜按扁,放入烤盘,表面刷蛋清
  • 9.烤箱预热,上下火180度烤25分钟左右
