红糖枣子卷
红糖含有95%左右的蔗糖,保留了较多甘蔗的营养成分,也更加容易被人体消化吸收,因此能快速补充体力、增加活力,所以又被称为「东方的巧克力」,其中不仅含有可提供热能的碳水化合物,还含有人体生长发育不可缺少的苹果酸、核黄素、胡萝卜素、烟酸和微量元素锰、锌、铬等各种元素。
红枣,又名大枣,其维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳,补血之功效。

Steps to make 红糖枣子卷

  • 1.搅面机里先放水250克,接着放面粉600克,酵母6克,红糖80克。
  • 2.4个大枣去核。
  • 3.任意切成若干份。
  • 4.搅好的面团。
  • 5.发酵2倍大小。(夏天发酵好快,注意别发酵过头了。用手指按压面团,不回缩,说明发酵好了)
  • 6.发酵2倍的面团再次搅拌10分钟(排汽)取一个小面团,搓成长条稍按扁,把枣子收扰用长条卷起。
  • 7.最后收边沾些水。
  • 8.依次做好剩下的红糖枣子卷,放入刷了油的屉子里。
  • 9.再次发酵成型的面团(盖好盖子发酵,2倍大小)
  • 10.开大火,蒸13分钟,关火,闷5分钟。即可开盖开吃。
