一碗好汁很下饭--泰式咖喱虾
连续下了好几天雨了,假期第一天宅了一整天,假期第二天,储存的菜已经吃完,不得不出去,刚走进市场又开始瓢泼大雨,赶紧买完菜回家吧。

昭哥最近吃海鲜上瘾了,每次问他吃什么都说要吃海鲜,然后给朋友看到日志,就说要来我家吃海鲜大餐 ,没问题!!来吧来吧,谁愿意来都欢迎!

我喜欢吃咖喱菜其实并不管它是咖喱什么,主要喜欢的是那碗咖喱汁,用来捞饭绝对一流!可惜稍热气了点,吃完舌头底下冒泡泡了。

今天这个咖喱虾,主料是昭哥定的,但做法是我说了算!其实嘛,说穿了是我爱吃的,嘿嘿~每次去泰国餐馆必点的一道菜,昭昭以前不怎么爱吃咖喱,但今天出乎意料地吃了很多,按平常的量煮的饭居然不够吃,还催我去煮清水面给他拌着吃。

  • 椰浆一罐
  • 土豆一个
  • 块状咖喱半盒
  • 红彩椒半个
  • 香菜少许
  • 洋葱半个

Steps to make 一碗好汁很下饭--泰式咖喱虾

  • 1.虾洗净后剪去须和前面的刺,然后从背上剪开
  • 2.去掉虾线;
  • 3.沿背上剪开的口用小刀再加深切一下,不要切断了,整理好的虾用料酒腌一下;
  • 4.洋葱、彩椒、土豆切块,姜切片
  • 5.锅里放油,放土豆及洋葱炒一下;
  • 6.然后倒入椰浆,煮开后盖锅盖关小火,注意是椰浆哦,不是椰汁,椰浆浓度要比椰汁高,更香,(椰浆容易冒锅,要小心噢);
  • 7.虾用厨房纸吸干水分,另外起锅炸一下,不要炸得太厉害,稍微炸一下就好;
  • 8.煮至汤变浓,土豆可以用锅铲戳穿;
  • 9.放入炸好的虾,煮三到五分钟;
  • 10.然后放少许糖、柠檬汁,再放入咖喱块,我用的好梦多块状咖喱
  • 11.等咖喱块搅溶,汤汁收浓稠,放香菜拌匀就可以起锅了。
