无油可可蛋糕
因为可可粉用量较多,成品味微苦。
也可根据自己口味适当调整可可粉和低粉的比例

Steps to make 无油可可蛋糕

  • 1.把低粉和可可粉混合过筛备用
  • 2.鸡蛋放在无水无油的盆里,一次加入所有白糖打发
  • 3.提起打蛋器滴落的蛋糊不会立即消失即可
  • 4.加入低粉和可可粉的混合物由下往上翻拌均匀至无干粉,切不可划圈
  • 5.加入牛奶翻拌均匀
  • 6.倒入模具,烤箱170度预热,上下火烤20-25分钟左右即可,出炉后倒扣晾凉
