茄子除了过油或者蒸熟拌酱吃以外,我很少炖着吃,因为觉得自己炖的不好吃,小时候倒是特别爱吃炖茄子,可能妈妈炖的更香一些。老公那天对我说,吃炖菜更舒服一些,不要总是煎炒烹炸的,不利于健康。俺一合计也对,于是破天荒给老公做了一顿炖菜,老公说好吃,就连不爱吃炖菜的儿子也吃了不少,看来只要用心做,怎么都能做出美味来。
