Steps to make 珍珠糯米丸子

  • 1.糯米提前泡发至少两小时以上,沥干水待用。

  • 3.冷藏后的肉末很容易捏成丸子,均匀裹上糯米后装盘上蒸锅大火蒸30分钟。
