    Steps to make 泰式海鲜面

    • 1.猪骨清水浸泡30分钟,中间换水2-3次。
    • 2.番茄去皮切小块,柠檬切片,香茅草冲洗干净放入卤料盒中,香菜择洗净,切碎末。
    • 3.海虾挑取虾线,剪取虾枪、须脚。
    • 4.蛤蜊吐沙洗净,鱿鱼处理干净切麦穗花刀;入沸水锅中汆烫。
    • 5.捞出,立刻入冰水中冷却待用。
    • 6.锅置火上少许油烧热,下入洋葱、辣椒圈炒香。
    • 7.猪骨沥干水分,放入锅中翻炒片刻。
    • 8.加入足量水,下入柠檬、番茄、香茅草,转至小火熬煮60分钟。
    • 9.熬好的汤内加入适量盐、香醋即可。
    • 10.滤掉熬煮的汤料,取汤待用。
    • 11.锅中加足量汤,调入辣酱煮沸。
    • 12.下入拉面搅散后,下入海鲜略同煮,拉面煮至断生。
    • 13.汤面同盛入碗中,撒上香菜碎即可食用。
