  • 温水245g

  • 5.发酵2倍大小,再次揉匀面团。(排气)
  • 6.取适量面团,揉匀,按扁,放入奶黄馅。
  • 7.像包包子一样包起来,收口朝下,放入蒸笼里。
  • 8.静置发酵2倍大小。
  • 9.大火蒸15分钟,焖5分钟即可。
