迷你圣诞树蛋糕

Steps to make 迷你圣诞树蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料。低筋面粉提前过筛2遍,鸡蛋把蛋清、蛋黄分离,蛋清放入无水无油的打蛋盆中,放入冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 2.菠菜汁和玉米油放入打蛋盆中,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把低筋面粉过筛到上述混合液中,搅拌成无干粉状态。
  • 4.加入蛋黄,搅拌成细腻面糊。
  • 5.蛋清中加入几滴白醋,打发至小弯钩状态。
  • 6.取三分之一的蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中,用切拌手法搅拌均匀。
  • 7.把拌好的面糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜中,继续用同样的手法拌匀。
  • 8.把面糊倒入学厨烤盘中,稍微刮平表面。
  • 9.放入预热好150度烤箱中烤20分钟。烤好后取出放到晾网上放凉脱模。
  • 10.用模具印出迷你圣诞树,一共可以做6个。
  • 11.取一片蛋糕片,挤上奶油,放上草莓,再挤上一层奶油,盖上另一片蛋糕片。
  • 12.取两条小纸条放到蛋糕上,撒上适量抹茶粉装饰即可。
  • 13.完成。
