网购的杏子,个头小而且有点酸!所以决定做果酱!

Steps to make 杏子果酱

  • 1.网购的杏子
  • 2.用水冲洗干净,沥干水分
  • 3.把杏子的核去掉
  • 4.把果肉放入破壁机的搅拌杯
  • 5.盖上盖子插上电源,选择搅拌键,再按下开始键
  • 6.机器开始工作,默认3分钟,看到搅打成泥了可以提前结束
  • 7.把杏子果泥倒入面包机桶里
  • 8.加入砂糖和冰糖
  • 9.把面包机桶装入机器内
  • 10.防止果汁外溅,在上面盖上锡纸
  • 11.选择果酱功能,开始工作默认1小时20分钟
  • 12.最后剩下20分钟时挤入柠檬汁
  • 13.时间到,果酱完成
  • 14.装果酱的瓶子用沸水煮沸后沥干水分
  • 15.冷却装瓶
