土豆泥 twice baked potatoes 经典美式西餐
比传统意义上的土豆泥更有新意。酸奶油大大增添了土豆泥的味道。

  • 黄油50克
  • 牛奶100毫升
  • 韭菜三,四根
  • 胡椒粉根据口味,可不用

Steps to make 土豆泥 twice baked potatoes 经典美式西餐

  • 1.大土豆,洗干净,擦干,浑身涂抹上一层橄榄油。
  • 2.烤箱预热200度。把沾满橄榄油的土豆放入烤箱,烤大概一个小时。只要烤熟了,里面松软了就可以了
  • 3.烤好的金黄大土豆。晾一会儿。凉到可以用手触摸就可以啦
  • 4.拿起土豆,给土豆开个口儿。
  • 5.小心的把里面的瓤挖出来。注意四周稍微留一些。不然就踏了。
  • 6.挖好的土豆
  • 7.挖出的土豆瓤
  • 8.土豆瓤加入酸奶油,黄油,韭菜,牛奶,盐。拌成泥。可以根据自己口味加减调料。如果没有酸奶油。用奶油也行。那就变成另外一种风味的土豆泥了,但是加奶油的时候要调试着来。不然加多了就成土豆汤了 哈哈
  • 9.打好土豆泥后,再小心的把土豆泥塞进土豆皮里。
  • 10.放回烤箱再烤25分钟。或者,土豆泥尖尖的地方开始发黄就可以啦。
  • 11.再拿出,撒些韭菜末。装饰
  • 12.简单一配,是不是很漂亮
