  • 主料:冷冻蛋挞皮12个
  • 葡挞液:牛奶120毫升
  • 白糖60克
  • 淡奶油120克
  • 鸡蛋黄4个
  • 全鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 葡式蛋挞

  • 1.牛奶、白糖倒入大碗中,搅拌至糖溶化;
  • 2.加入淡奶油搅拌均匀;
  • 3.蛋黄和全蛋打散成蛋液并倒入步骤2中搅拌均匀;
  • 4.挞液过筛,分离出没有搅匀的小颗粒和杂质;
  • 5.做好的蛋挞液分别倒入挞皮里,装到7分满
  • 6.ACA牌ATO-BB38HT烤箱预热230度,上火230度,下火200度,中层;
  • 7.烤25分钟左右,蛋挞表面出现焦点和蛋挞底变成金黄即可出炉!
