- 1. Prepare the materials as shown in the picture, including ready-made beef rolls, shredded onions, sliced carrots, or any shape you like
- 2. Heat a wok with a little base oil, add shredded onions and stir fry until fragrant

Add a bowl of water (I made it for one person) to the pot, add 2 grams of salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, about 3 grams of sugar, and a little cooking wine to season. You can also add or subtract according to your personal preference, add carrot slices and other soup to bring to a boil
