艾草肉包
看到有很多人在清明前后喜欢做青团吃,可是因为本人不太喜欢吃糯米的粘软,所以做了我自己喜欢的面食。

    Steps to make 艾草肉包

    • 1.将艾草洗净,用清水多泡一段时间,这样艾草会吸收一些水份,会更嫩更绿一些
    • 2.将洗净的艾草放入开水锅中煮沸,然后再换水再煮沸,这样两三次,目的去除苦味。煮完后剁成菜泥,加水调稀。
    • 3.加入适量面粉、酵母,和菜泥一起和成面团。
    • 4.将肉、洋葱剁成馅料,并加入适量盐、油、蚝油,调制好馅料
    • 5.面团发酵两个小时左右,做成小剂子,然后做成包子皮,放入适量馅料即可
    • 6.用蒸锅蒸二十分钟左右,即可出锅。样子虽然不太漂亮,但味道还可以,没有了苦味,依然还有清香味和着肉香,真的很美味!
