Steps to make 橙汁鸡球

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.血橙去皮,切块
  • 3.打成果汁
  • 4.过滤掉纤维
  • 5.果汁里加入番茄酱、米醋、白糖、少许盐,调成酸甜口味
  • 6.鸡胸肉洗净、切小块
  • 7.放到料理杯里,加入盐、葱姜水
  • 8.打成细腻的肉泥
  • 9.肉泥放盆里加1大汤匙玉米淀粉搅上劲,左手蘸点水抓肉馅,顺虎口处挤肉丸,右手用汤匙直接一刮一个肉丸就出来了
  • 10.肉丸随做随放到装了玉米淀粉的盘子里
  • 11. 均匀的滚上薄薄的淀粉
  • 12. 油温4-5成热的时候下入肉丸
  • 13.中小火炸到肉丸浮起,表皮发黄
  • 14.捞出控油
  • 15.锅内入少许底油,油温热时倒入兑好的橙汁,小火烧开
  • 16.不断搅动,汤汁粘稠倒入鸡球
  • 17.翻勺、滚匀汤汁即可出锅
