喜欢吃吐司,在烘焙中最爱玩转面包类的了,喜欢看着一团普通的面团从自己手中变成美味的面包,喜欢看着家人吃着自己做出来的美味时的那种成就感。记得豆子下厨的时候,煮的是一碗米粉,那是煮给老妈吃的,老妈直说好吃,当时心里挺高兴的就偷尝了一口,结果喝了几杯水,真是太咸了!叫老妈别吃了,却说这是我女儿由生以来第一次煮的饭,当然要全部吃下去了。从那时候我就暗记要煮顿好吃的饭给家人吃。然后。。。然后就一直来逛美食天下啦,直到2013年11月30号那天在美天定居下来了,开始我的人生食旅!

  • 白糖70g
  • 2g
  • 酵母4g
  • 温牛奶190g
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 牛奶醇吐司

  • 1.将主料倒入碗里
  • 2.牛奶用小火加热5分钟
  • 3.倒入酵母拌匀,静放10分钟
  • 4.倒入面粉里
  • 5.揉至光滑的面团
  • 6.加入黄油,揉出薄膜【完全阶段】
  • 7.收圆,进行热水发酵2小时
  • 8.发至2.5倍大
  • 9.取出来排气,分为4份
  • 10.擀开,卷好
  • 11.放入模具里,进行2发
  • 12.发至九成满
  • 13.刷层蛋液,合上盖子,放入预热好的烤箱170度40分钟即可
