  • 1.猪肉洗净下水煮至7成熟捞起放凉。
  • 2.蒜苗洗净切段 红椒切形 蒜瓣拍扁。
  • 3.将放凉的猪肉切成薄宽片 尽量切薄点。
  • 4.坐锅下少许油 等油稍热再下猪肉片。
  • 5.炸至金黄色即可。
  • 6.沥油捞起用盘装起备用。
  • 7.锅里留一点油 放蒜瓣 蒜苗 红椒爆香。
  • 8.等蒜苗 红椒 炒软就倒入炸好的猪肉片。
  • 9.下1小匙盐 1中匙生抽 1中匙泸式甜酱 鸡精快速翻炒几下即可上碟。
