最近做的玛芬老公看了说要自己动手做玛芬吃了,他说只能看又吃不了实在是难受呀。。

呵呵,我也没办法叻;只好跟他说我在练习做些更好吃的料理等我回上海再做给他吃。。

[斑斓叶] Pandan Leaf 也叫香兰叶,是东南亚很常见的一款香料叶子;长年都在生长,用途非常的广泛。通常可以制作甜品,海南鸡饭;糖水,糕点等等。甚至还可用来去处异味,最近我也用了斑斓叶制作了几款甜品;在上海找不到回来老家就不放过了。

如果没有新鲜的斑斓叶也可以用斑斓香精来替代,将斑斓汁换成牛奶一样美味;表面洒上杏仁片或杏仁粉口感是很棒的。。

  • 玛芬预拌粉500G
  • 斑斓叶5片
  • 鸡蛋4粒
  • 200ML
  • 食用油160ML

Steps to make 蔓越莓斑斓玛芬

  • 1.将5片斑斓叶 200ML水放入粉碎机里隔渣粉碎,然后倒出150ML的斑斓汁备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋用打蛋器打拌至蓬松后加入斑斓汁。
  • 3.继续与鸡蛋打拌均匀约2-3分钟。
  • 4.加入食用油。
  • 5.加入食用油后继续与鸡蛋打拌均匀约2-3分钟。
  • 6.打拌均匀后将玛芬预拌粉过筛到蛋液里。
  • 7.用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊一半放入膜具里,加入蔓越莓果酱。
  • 9.然后再继续将蛋糕糊放入八分满即可;洒上杏仁片;烤箱预热180度中层烤20-25分钟即可。
