大喜大咖喱鸡肉
今天早上外面下了小雪,虽然雪不大,但是很寒冷。真是懒得出去,还是躲在家里暖和。孩子不行必学去上学,晚上必须给她做上一道驱寒暖身的菜,突然想到前几天美食家抢楼送的大喜大礼包,里面有一盒大喜大金牌咖喱酱,那就做咖喱鸡肉吧。。。。
     咖喱内含粗纤维和蛋白质、多种维生素等,并含有钙、铁、磷、镁、钾等多种微量元素,具有温身、健脾、暖胃、刺激食欲等功能。研究发现,能促进唾液和胃液的分泌,增加胃肠蠕动,增进食欲。咖喱能促进血液循环,达到发汗的目的。很适合冬季食用。鸡大腿肉中含有较多的铁质,可改善缺铁性贫血。
     咖喱鸡肉是一道暖身开胃的家常菜,此菜以咸鲜口味为主,略带甜辣,咖喱味浓厚。色泽黄亮,味香稍辣,酥烂不糊。

Steps to make 大喜大咖喱鸡肉

  • 1.准备好大喜大咖喱。
  • 2.把鸡腿去骨,切成块。
  • 3.土豆、胡萝卜去皮切成滚刀块。
  • 4.把洋葱去皮切成块。
  • 5.锅中放油,烧热下入鸡腿肉煸炒至变色。
  • 6.下入洋葱 倒入料酒继续煸炒至鸡肉断生。
  • 7.加入适量的开水。大火烧开。
  • 8.下入土豆和胡萝卜块。
  • 9.烧开后,关小火加入咖喱块煮至咖喱完全融化。
  • 10.转中火煮至土豆和胡萝卜软烂,汤汁粘稠即可。
