机制黄油饼干
今天用面条机做了一次饼干,感觉很好玩,面粉白糖和黄油鸡蛋搅匀后从机头里出来就是饼干坯子了,一边玩一边就做了饼干了,哄孩子玩也不错的哈哈。烤熟了吃还不错,虽没有曲奇酥,但是味道还行。关键是省事呀,懒人的福音哈哈。

Steps to make 机制黄油饼干

  • 1.准备好黄油、低粉、鸡蛋和白糖。
  • 2.将黄油隔水融化成液体以后加入打散的鸡蛋和匀。
  • 3.面条机安装好搅拌杯并且装上做饼干的模具
  • 4.先将低粉加进去
  • 5.再加入白糖
  • 6.扣上搅拌杯的上盖,这时面条机才会通电。
  • 7.然后按一下功能键全自动,机器就开始转动和面了,叫机器转一分钟将白糖和低粉搅匀。
  • 8.这时从搅拌杯盖上的注水孔慢慢加入鸡蛋和黄油的混合液。
  • 9.面条机开始和面
  • 10.几分钟后开始往出挤饼干的坯子
  • 11.将所有的坯子放一起以后用刀切开,尽量一样长。(搅拌杯里余下的一点点面我给团在一起切了几片一起烤。)
  • 12.放入180度预热好的烤箱烤15分钟(饼干比较爱糊,期间查看颜色合适就可以取出来,每家烤箱脾气不同还需自己调整一下温度和时间。)
