酱香饼
土家酱香饼是湖北省恩施土家族一种特有的小吃,号称"中国披萨"。土家酱香饼香中有甜、辣而不燥、外脆里软,独具风味而深受大众百姓的喜爱。我喜欢自己在家动手做即卫生又美味。

Steps to make 酱香饼

  • 1.将70度左右的热水慢慢倒入面粉中和成面絮。
  • 2.揉成比较软的面团,包上保鲜膜饧30分钟。
  • 3.将饧好的面团分成3个剂子。
  • 4.把其中一个剂子擀开。
  • 5.在擀开的面片上刷上油。
  • 6.再撒上少许五香粉。
  • 7.慢慢把它卷起来。
  • 8.再把它按成圆饼状。
  • 9.然后再擀开。
  • 10.平底锅倒入油。
  • 11.把面片放入锅中。
  • 12.煎至两面呈金黄色。
  • 13.在煎好的面饼上刷上预先做好的酱。
  • 14.撒上白芝麻。
  • 15.再撒上香葱碎即可。
