Steps to make 西红柿炖牛肉

  • 1.牛肉洗净切块。
  • 2.西红柿放入热水中烫一下。
  • 3.把皮去掉。
  • 4.将西红柿切成小丁。
  • 5.葱切段,姜切片。
  • 6.热锅下油,放入牛肉块。
  • 7.翻炒一分钟至出油。
  • 8.再放上葱姜。
  • 9.翻炒两分钟炒出香味。
  • 10.再放入西红柿。
  • 11.翻炒至西红柿出汤。
  • 12.放入酱油和美极鲜。
  • 13.加入白酒。
  • 14.再加上八角,丁香,五香粉,白胡椒粉翻炒炒匀。
  • 15.盖盖小火炖50分钟。
  • 16.再放入冻豆腐炒匀。
  • 17.盖盖再炖15分钟加盐调一下咸淡,关火。
  • 18.盛盘,撒少许香菜末即可。
