水果冻牛奶布丁
春天来了,用现成的水果和牛奶做几瓶水果冻牛奶布丁,又好看又好吃,是精致的下午茶点,也是待客“精品”——精致的甜品。
我今天用了芒果和草莓两种水果,一黄一红,灿烂而热烈,与洁白的牛奶布丁相搭配,更有通透的感觉,光看就让人心生喜欢,更甭提吃啦!

Steps to make 水果冻牛奶布丁

  • 1.牛奶布丁材料及布丁瓶准备好:脱脂牛奶、2片吉利丁片(10克),10克细砂糖;布丁瓶和盖子清洗干净后用沸水烫一下。
  • 2.吉利丁片剪小块,用凉水泡软后使用。
  • 3.牛奶和细砂糖倒奶锅中。
  • 4.小火加热,微沸时关火。
  • 5.晾至不高于80度时将泡软的吉利丁片入牛奶,小勺搅拌至完全融化;不能确定牛奶温度时,可静置3分钟左右放吉利丁片。
  • 6.将适量牛奶倒入布丁瓶中,盖紧盖子,倾斜放置,冰箱冷藏1-2小时可完全凝固。
  • 7.水果冻的材料准备好:2片吉利丁片(10克)剪小块,用凉水泡软;熟透的小芒果清洗干净,草莓清洗干净。
  • 8.吉利丁片中加30克左右纯净水,隔热水融化成吉利丁融液;加纯净水利于融液平衡分配给2种水果糊。
  • 9.芒果肉倒入料理杯中,加适量纯净水打成芒果糊,再倒入一半的吉利丁融液,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.将芒果糊倒入两个牛奶布丁瓶中,盖上盖子,入冰箱冷藏1-2小时;食用时可放适量芒果丁。
  • 11.草莓中加适量纯净水,打成草莓糊,倒入剩下的吉利丁融液搅拌均匀。
  • 12.将草莓糊倒入牛奶布丁瓶中,多余的可倒入另外的瓶中,盖紧盖子,入冰箱冷藏1-2小时;食用时可放少许草莓丁。
  • 13.水果冻牛奶布丁,一黄一红,好看又好吃!
