Steps to make 自制转化糖浆

  • 1.准备好所有的材料!
  • 2.柠檬切块去籽!
  • 3.放入搅拌机里面,稍微放点水,然后盖上盖子按下启动键,等到自动停止就好了!
  • 4.将榨好的柠檬汁倒入器皿里!
  • 5.煮锅里放入白砂糖!
  • 6.倒入水之后搅拌几下,开大火烧开!
  • 7.烧开之后马上倒入柠檬汁,然后转成小火熬制!
  • 8.熬制的过程中锅壁上会出现结晶,可以用刷子蘸一点点水擦掉!
  • 9.随着时间慢慢熬制,糖浆的颜色会发生变化!
  • 10.看到颜色变成浅浅的橘黄色就关掉火,放一会用手指黏一滴糖浆试试,如果能拉出一厘米左右的丝就是好了!
  • 11.放凉之后倒入容器里,等放置一天就可以用来做月饼了~
